The one-day Cambodia Climate Change Summit 2021 (CCCS21) by the Ministry of Environment (MOE), will bring together experts, practitioners, civil society and business to showcase Cambodia’s efforts toward sustainability and mitigating the impacts of climate change. CCCS21 will provide policymakers, leaders in environmental solutions and industry partners with a state of the art overview of current strategies and practices for tackling the impacts of climate change in Cambodia and the Mekong Region as well as laying out a vision for innovative solutions to some of the most pressing environmental issues in the Kingdom and beyond.
CCCS21 will be organized along four main themes corresponding with four approaches to addressing the impacts of climate change in the Kingdom of Wonder. The overall theme of the conference is Collaboration; public sector, private sector and civil society working in concert to develop innovative strategies for dealing with climate change. This includes encouraging national commitments to working within the Paris Agreement framework and developing strategies with industry and civil society partners to rapidly move towards a carbon-neutral future.
Within the themes of Collaboration, Mitigation & Adaptation, Green Financing options will be explored as avenues in which all sectors can unite to effect positive change and ensure future flourishing. CCCS21 provides opportunities for Sponsorship Partners to highlight their impact in these key areas:

We are expecting 200-400 online local & international attendees for a hybrid in-person/remote event. Speakers from the Royal Government of Cambodia, foreign donors, local and international businesses, local and international NGOs and other experts will present cutting-edge solutions and showcase strategies for the future. Local and international press will be in attendance.
