The CBI would like to share with members the latest policy update briefing from the UK Intellectual Property Office.

This is an ad-hoc newsletter to inform UK stakeholders of recent developments in the Chinese IP environment. This edition of the newsletter includes a summary of the second deliberation draft of China’s amended Copyright Law, the latest guidance from China’s Supreme Court on searching for precedents when bringing cases to trial in China, and new guidelines from China’s National Intellectual Property Administration relating to administrative patent enforcement.
