Leading British luxury automaker and CBI member Rolls-Royce Motor Cars recently announced that it is offering the Year of the Dragon Collection, a special design edition of Phantom vehicles celebrating the Year of the Dragon in China in 2012.
Designed by Rolls-Royce's Bespoke division, the exclusive collection has a suite of unique design features, including:
• A hand-painted dragon coachline inspired by the Forbidden City in Beijing
• A hand-embroidered dragon on the leather of every headrest
• A hand-laid dragon inlay on the passenger panel
• Exclusive illuminated treadplates with 'Year of the Dragon 2012' on the four door sills
Commenting on the new offering, Torsten Müller-Ötvös, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, said, "At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars we delight in bringing new, exclusive designs to our customers. The Bespoke team elegantly captures the imagination with this Year of the Dragon Collection, celebrating the turning of a New Year of prosperity and good fortune with this unique creative offering."

China sales of Rolls-Royce vehicles have soared in recent years, with the luxury automaker's Beijing dealership selling 223 units last year, more than any other Rolls-Royce dealership in the world.
